Find your soul shine with Cole and The Thornes May 18th at the Filling Station! High energy fusion funk quartet Jazz Cabbage gets the party started.

Mountain-Island, gypsy-jazz, reggae infused SOUL band, Cole & The Thornes of Bozeman Montana are an eclectic, funky 7 piece group with an infectious uplifting energy.

Led by ukulelist Miss Colita Thorne, her powerful sultry vocals and empowering lyrics are accompanied by Jordan Rodenbiker on Bass, Jacob Rountree on guitar, Alex Platt on drums, Adam Burke on auxiliary percussion and playful horn melodies by Daniel Wood on trumpet and Matthew Powell-palm on saxophone.

Their award winning album “Map Maker” was released in 2018 and was voted as Bozemans best album of the year in 2019. The Thornes have just released their second album “Unbound” in November 2023.

 

The Thornes have been featured on Montana PBS and have performed at many music festivals such as Summer fest, Reggae in the Rockies, Groovin on, Montana State Hemp fest, and Big Sky Brew Fest alongside artists such as The Movement, Hirie, Donavan Frankenreiter, Satsang, Mike Love and many more.
